PCIe x4 Gen4 with ReDriver to MCIO 38P Add In Card
The PCIe x4 Gen4 with ReDriver to MCIO 38P Add In Card is a high-performance solution for server BMC management and industrial-grade temperature ranges. This add-in card converts MCIO 38P to PCI Express x4 Gen4, making it compatible with various protocols and equipment.
The card features built-in SFF-TA-1016/MCIO 38P, 30u Gold connector, ReDriver to extend PCIe 4.0, 16GT/s 16 lanes differential pair signals data link width and programmable linear equalization, output swing and flat gain. Additionally, the card has a built-in PCIe 100MHz Clock buffer to drive longer trace lengths and longer cable, and an SMBus Switch and I/O Expander for MCIO 38P PWRDIS control.
The card also supports PCIe PERST# for OOB management to remote MCIO 38P Reset and has built-in WAKE# and CLKREQ# bidirectional voltage-level translators for Open-Drain output to be used over longer trace lengths and longer cable. The card also features LED indicators to indicate AIC readiness, PCIe WAKE#, PCIe CLKREQ# and PCIe PERST# signals.
The card's design follows the Intel Pinout and is compliant with PCI Express Base Specification Rev 4.0, PCIe_CEM_SPEC_R4_V1_0_08072019_NCB and SFF-TA-1016 Specification Version 1.0. It is also compatible with various operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 8 & 8.1, Windows 10 and UEFI 2.3.1 or later.
