The PCIe Gen 3 8-Lane to M.2 NVMe SSD x 2 Dual Port Adapter with Heat Sink is the perfect solution for those who are looking to enhance their computer's storage capacity. This adapter is designed to allow you to connect two M.2 NVMe SSDs to your computer through a single PCIe Gen 3 8-Lane interface.
Features: The adapter comes equipped with two sets of M.2 M-key Female connectors, which can be configured in two x4 data width configurations (subject to the support of the CPU and BIOS). It also features a PWM synchronous buck converter Power IC with 2 sets for dual-port operation and a maximum output current of 4A. This adapter also protects short circuits, in-rush currents, and thermal shutdown, with ESD HBM (Human Body Mode) protection at 2KV. Additionally, load switch Power ICs are included to protect your M.2 NVMe SSDs.
The adapter is equipped with D1, D3 Green LED indicators, which show when the M.2 NVMe SSDs are powered and ready. The D2, D4 Red LED indicators will blink when the M.2 SSDs are actively in use.
Compliance and Compatibility: The PCIe Gen 3 8-Lane to M.2 NVMe SSD x 2 Dual Port Adapter with Heat Sink is compliant with NVM Express 1.0a, SSD Form Factor Version 1.a, PCI Express M.2 Specification Version 1.1, and PCI Express Base Specification Revision 3.1a.
