Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of ordering. We require you to submit the address to which your credit card is billed in order to process your order. Orders that do not have the exact billing address may not be processed. Corporate clients may also open an account with us.

Shipping Policy

Orders in before 4:00 PM EST Monday to Friday are usually sent out the next morning (if item is stock) Although we attempt to ship all orders as quickly as possible, it may take a few days to ship your order out if it is a special order item. Please advise us immediately if your order is time sensitive, and must ship on a specific date. We also offer expedited shipping through our online checkout. Please note that this speeds up the shipping time but does not guarantee same day shipping so please contact us with emergency orders at sales@microsatacables.com.

Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Please note that orders shipped by the Postal Service may not require a signature confirmation, so we suggest that you choose the USPS Express Mail option for your shipment if you prefer an extra degree of protection. We provide tracking numbers for all orders shipped.

International Customers

We regularly supply international customers. We use generally use the US Postal Service to ship packages. Please note that due to foreign restrictions, we may be unable to provide proof of delivery or tracking information to some countries. In these cases we will provide you with a proof of shipment, and you agree to not hold Micro SATA Cables responsible for the delivery of the goods.

We will make every attempt to advise you of such issues before we ship your package. Of course we will advise you if we are unable to ship your order to your location. The International customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs or tariffs on the product when the product arrives in your country. We will charge your credit card in US Dollars.

Returns

For Credit Card purchases, a credit will be issued to your card. Freight will only be credited in cases where Micro SATA Cables made an error in the order. For Check purchases, a credit will be issued, thus giving you 90 days to use the credit towards another purchase. We do not give cash refunds on Check purchases. After 90 days, the credit expires.

In situations where items are defective, we ask that you send the defective items to us at your expense and we will replace them with free shipping back to you. For any returns of defective merchandise, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt.

We are not responsible for items that are not opened and tested by you after 30 days. We will replace any defective item sent back to us promptly, at our expense. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement, and then credited back when we receive the defective merchandise.

Custom Cables and non-stock items are not-returnable. Orders for Custom cables once placed cannot be cancelled if they are built by us.

For items that are ordered specially from the manufacturer, a restock fee may be assessed. The item must be in resalable condition to receive credit. All discrepancies in shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No credit will be issued for shipments refused without prior authorization.
